Great. I'd clear the DTCs and take it for a spin when cold to see what comes up. Obvs stick to being local so you can limp home if it drops into RP mode.

Wont be long yill its cold again.. warm never lasts..

New to this forum but issue you've discussed sounds similar to mine on xf 3.0 diesel 2009.
Did you manage to find the cause and hence, resolution to issue?
