Jaguar xf250 sportbrake bcm washers issue

Have you checked the JB (Junction Box) for corrosion? As you probably know what happens is the washer pump fails and then fluid starts to travel up the wire harness. If this is not caught in time then it causes corrosion in the JB.
Jaguar has a fix so the fluid can't travel up the wires and it's simple. They just added a connection on the middle of the wire so it's not a continuous path from the washer up to the junction box.
Here is a LONG thread from our UK friends that has a lot of details.
Washers Not Working
So first thing is to inspect your washer pump and reservoir. That thread shows you where it is and has several good pictures to help.

It sounds like you "virginized" the bcm with an eeprom image from a saloon.

that would make sense, the only problem is the sdd put everything.the only thing in the mcu was the pflash.the dflash and the eee was completely empty when the sdd got connected

What part number is your bcm? ( the last digit indicates the revision, so I suppose you're looking for an eeprom image from the correct revision )
Could you read the p-flash ok ? ( I'm wondering if perhaps your programmer wasn't connected correctly given you couldn't read the dflash - if that's the case you might not have managed to erase the dflash either, and still be able to get a dump - as those dumps can often be repaired. )
