Default Multiple issues

Hello, I have a 2013 XF 3.0 AWD. Have only had it for a few months, today as i was driving, the audio, navigation, back up camera and bluetooth all stopped working. (back up didn't work when i got home but i assume it went of at same time as others).

is it a battery issue? a sofeware update issue?

rest of the car works fine...

any help appriciated

This implies a fault on a unit/module that is connected to the MOST network - so basically the things you've listed as not working. The most common of these to fail is the bluetooth module - maybe due to it's location, which is under the front left-hand seat (I believe), but it's the likely suspect. Have you tried disconnecting the battery to fully reset all the modules?

A way you can test this is to disconnect the fiberoptic cables to it and plug them into a loopback adaptor like this:
Amazon Amazon
, effectively taking the module out of the network.
