Default MY12 adding a Bluetooth module

Hi guys,

My friend just bought an XF MY12 with no bluetooth and he needs a handsfree. Is there a way to add it somehow? The car is a Premium Luxury 2.0 Turbo equipped with standard 10 speaker 400w sound system.
I did some research and I found that central unit has to be replaced which is costly, but I also found Audio2Car Adapter 84442 + two essential harnesses for about 100 euro. Supposedly it attaches to the amplifier on the left side of the boot.. Will that work?

Any help appreciated! Thanks!

It should have Bluetooth for phone calls built in. If you want streaming audio which it doesn't do, either connect a 'Tune2Air' module (about $70) to the iPod connector in central arm rest if you have it and that will do steaming audio and control of tracks through steering wheel and track name display, or a usb BT streaming stick for nearly free which plugs into the usb in arm rest and streams audio but no controls

Depends a bit on which stereo system it has
