Default New electrical gremlin

I noticed that my interior lights (center light above the dash and the lights above the rear seats) do not automatically come on when I open the door. Is there a switch or a button I am missing? Tried all the switches and main screen options. The lights work fine but have to be manually turned on. Automatically turns off just doesn't automatically turn on. Any ideas?

You must have an XF........

Operation of the interior lights by the doors can be toggled on and off. Touch the overhead light and hold your finger there for 15-20 seconds. The lights should wink at you. That either activates or deactivates the operation with the doors.

Try that.

Cheers,

Thanks a bunch!
Wonder why that info was not in the owners manual.
