Those are the Volans wheels. They were standard on the 2009 XF supercharged. I thought the 2011 XFR cane with Nevis but maybe someone preferred volans. They have that Golf GTi look
Great looking car. Hopefully not a lot to do to it. Would have someone who knows the model well look it over. Ensure all fluids are up to date. Check whether water pump has been replaced (common issue). Then start to customize! And enjoy the ride

Those wheels are called Volans, they were stock on the Euro 2008/9 XF SV8 with the "old" 4.2 litre SC V8 (I think it was called the XF Supercharged in the US), and they were an option on all 2008/9 XFs. I believe they were discontinued as original fitment once the XFR replaced the SV8, and as a result they are relatively rare and command a high price.
Edit - beaten to it by BritCars, slow typing strikes again!

Thanks for all the info guys... I'm really looking forward to driving this beautiful machine but it just left Arizona yesterday and they said Sunday thru Tuesday latest...first thing I've read up on to check first is the timing belt tensioners so I'll pop the valve cover gaskets change them while there off and check to see if the tensioners or changed then for a piece of mind change supercharger oil rear diff oil tranny oil and I need to turn the rotors. They have a little lip with plenty of meat... but other than that car checked out perfect road like a dream and scared the sales man a lil bit when I hit and took it to 120 to make sure there were no vibrations. Specs on oil recommendations would be great!!! I asked what engine oil they used and never heated if it being a mobile one guy..but need diff oil and tranny oil and tranny filter number if you guys have handy... thanks will post more pics and finding once I get the car home!!!!!

Trans is a ZF 6HP26 so that's what you'll need a filter and fluid for. Lots of videos online on the correct filling procedure.
The car uses a electronic diff (E-Diff) so any quality light weight conventional or synthetic diff lube will work, just make sure you have the means to fill it BEFORE you drain it.

Think it depended on the year. Most 2010 XFR and SC had Selena. The 2011 typically had Nevis
If I were you I'd replace with aftermarket wheels. A lot cheaper and seem to be much more resilient than the jag ones which bend really easily
I got a set of Rohana RF2 staggered setup for my 2010 SC. Been very happy with them. Great fit with the rears sticking out a little more than stock for a better look. Couple of photos below - if you search there is a whole thread on these
If you go for anything else make really sure it fits first. Brake clearance on front wheels is very tight
