The Draco's are not the original tire for an '11 SC. If they are 20's it likely is not a drop in value. Also, find out if there is any miles on it; although listed as new, it likely racked up some miles from test drives.

I had mine shipped to Western NY from CT, and paid $55,500 (without tax). Also find out when the warrnaty started, as the dealer likely had to buy the car from Jaguar and start the warranty running. '11's have a 5 year warranty including maintenance, so it may have 4 or more years left.

I'll look in my office e-mail tomorrow to see if I have any corrspondence from my dealer on this car. Check it over, it may be a good buy for the right price. The 2012's have some upgrades over the '11s. Have you priced out a 2012 supercharged for comparison? Prices should be dropping.
Alright im gonna try to go sometime this week and i'll find out. The 2012 they have there is 70 which is out of my price range.

I'm partial to the 2009-11 body style, because I own one. I love it, and I think it looks very nice. I especially like that particular one because I own the same color combination---black over spice interior. I can't tell you how many compliments I get, and when people see the inside, everyone says how unique it is...

As others mentioned, the best part about a 2011 is that maintenance is included for 5 years/50,000 miles. All you pay for is tires and gas. Jaguar did away with that in the 2012 update, which turns me off of the 2012's. I honestly think a new 2011 XF is the best way to go.

When I was looking for my XF, I considered a 2011 XF Luxury that was MSRP $58,600. The dealer offered it to me for $14,900 less than sticker, at $43,700, claiming that was their bottom line. It sold by the time I went back to look for it, but I now think what a good deal I missed.

If you go for this one, I would say try to get about 25% off sticker price, whatever sticker is. That was the deal my dealer offered me, and I think it was very fair. That said, this was 3-4 months ago, so I bet that dealer is really trying to unload the last 2011 with the 2013s starting to roll in. I think 25-30% off is justified, in this scenario.

Yeah i'm starting to think it's going to be the better deal as well, should get a good price on it. Plus the 5yr/50k maintenance is really good.

Yeah, you can't beat the free maintenance, and that color combination is gorgeous. All that's missing is a leaper, and maybe some chrome side vents, if that's your thing.

I had to make the same decision last year except that is 10-11.
The 5 yr all inclusive maint was the deciding factor.
I have to bring in my Wife's 11 LR2 for first oil change on my dime next week...
SR quoted me $160 for a oil change...$545 for 20K service...
Judging by the amount of brake dust on my rims, I cant imagine how much pads were going to cost me..
Good luck either way ...

I learned a long time ago to never ask the dealer to "do the 10k mile service" or 20k mile service, for that matter.

Calling it the xx,000 mile service just creates an opportunity for the dealer to confuse and therefore rip off the unitiated. Instead, I look at the list of items included in the xx,000 mile service, which is usually change the oil, maybe the air filter and/or fuel filter and then a long list of simple check items (like check tire pressure, brake fluid, wiper blade condition, battery water level, wiper washer fluid, etc.) The check items I do myself. In fact, if you have them change your oil, most dealers will do a "30-point inspection" for free, which includes most, if not all, of the check items that are part of the xx,000 service.

Take a look at your LR 20,000 mile service items and you'll see that it's not much more than an oil change and minor check items.

Little better news, only $90 for the LR2, just picked it up. That is reasonable as I used to pay the same for my old BMW with Syn...

Funny how the service interval is 7500 on the LR2 for the same oil as the 11 XF but it has a 15K service interval (Included)...
