Hello all,
I just entered the word of Jaguar ownership with a 2014 XFR Sportsbrake to transport Tyson round. That's not the man himself, i will let you guess the type of dog i own. I pick it up on the 25th of October so happy days ahead. I will upload more picks and my additions as i add them.

The Sportbrake never came as an XFR, but it did come as an XFR-S.
Are you sure you don't have an XFR-S as opposed to an XFR?

Just to clarify. XFR is a specific model - with the 5.0L SC petrol engine. Rated at around 510hp. And that one wasn’t made as a sportbrake

R-sport is a trim level. It’s an option on the normal XF (on a few different models depending on country, incl on the sportbrake). It has an external body kit for a more sporty appearance, and some internal sports styling eg treadplates, badging etc
As far as I know there are not any differences to the engine or power train - although I think it does have a sportier suspension

What’s the engine, spec and power output on your one?

Sounds like he is getting an R-Sport.
Once again Jaguar's terrible naming conventions strike, with XFR-S (top of the range) being confused with XF R-Sport (near bottom of the range).

Default Car model

I went for the 3ltr V6 Diesal as my mate has the exact car in the saloon and i always found it a lovely car to drive or be a passanger in. So it was a no brainer when i was lookng for an estate to trasfer Tyson round, as mentiond previously thats my dog not the man himself. Having also tested the 2.2 i just found the 3Ltr picked up and went that little better with less noize whenever i pushsd it on a little. I have kept my 370Z Black Edition so if i want do want to go even faster ill just swap<br />
