Did you do the letter painting yourself? How about the calipers? What paint products and prep did you use? Makes the car distinctive. I see you swapped the wheels too. Was thinking about doing the calipers on mine, so interested to know the process and cost.

Yes I painted both the letters and calipers myself. I used Duplicolor Ceramic paint. Everything you need is in the box. The wheels are Senta and came originally with the Portfolio package on my XF mind you

For caliper you need to remove the wheel and put car on stands. Then you need to clean the caliper thoroughly. I used a small wire brush to clean it with the solvent that is included with the paint. My jag is close to new so calipers were very clean with just some pad dust. You then brush the paint on in layers and thats it. The letters are a bit complicated. I purchased a 000 paint brush and with the solvent I diluted the paint. I then painted the inside of the letters and let dry for a few mintues. I would then add small layers of paint on the letters and wipe the excess from the sides with a soaked in solvent cloth. I did this until the paint was level with the out side letter borders.

Thats it.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like patience and prep are what is needed.
