the back rest gooes up and down but the main seat wont move forwards of backwards...\

Does it make any noises while you move the switch forward or back?..If not, the switch maybe bad..worse case, the motor for that function is toast.

 

Have you confirmed that the seat track isn't fouled or blocked in some way? You might also want to check if the memory seat settings result in any fore/aft movement (as it could be the switch versus the motor).

By the way, I could have sworn that the thread title was "passenger EJECT seat" at first. Was definitely going to have to consult the manual to find that feature, LOL!
