I have been looking into both options - Powdercoat lasts longer than pain but i heard that the process weakens the wheel.

Any thoughts will be appreciated! Thanks!
I also looked at the Kal wheels, with the different offset, they woulda stuck out an inch. Calchrome.com is where I got my Volans "fusion coated". They do a swap out for your wheels, cost me $1230 for wheels and shipping both ways, also had to put a $1600 core deposit down which they refunded when they received my wheels.

Thanks Man. I have been on their website looking at the black chrome color for the wheels before. However I noticed that they charge $150 per wheel. Did you end paying more than $600 in shipping and tax? Also, have you seen any chipping/wear and tear (other than the scrapes from sidewalks )?

I knew you'd appreciate the picture . I have no info on the car though, just found it through a google search to illustrate blue calipers on a blacked out car.

Mine were $750 plus shipping... I'm gonna call tomorrow and ask why. Maybe the width? Only had for a cpl weeks, but no probs thus far (knock on wood).
I didnt like the black chrome cuz they appear grey more then black. I'm happy with them, but kinda wish I went with the Kalimnos. I was just worried about the wheels sticking out a lil.

Nice car!!! I'm also a big fan of black/black/tint etc and man does that look nice. I'm contemplating trading my black/black CTS-V for a 2009 XF S/C... this puts one more slash in the yes column... lol

had one come in the dealer the other day. It was flat black on the flat black rims. Factory wheels painted flat black. It was nice, but the windows should have been tinted and lamps should have been smoked. Other then that it was pretty nice looking.

Your car looks great. Can you tell me about the springs? I cannot find a listing on Eibach's web page for the XF. Thanks.

You should be able to see listings for the 09 & 10 XFs here:
Eibach Springs : EPS Application Look-up | suspensions | springs | dampers | stabilizers | shocks | sway bars | anti-roll bars | wheel spacer | coil over | engine valves

I have a lightly used set (about 5k miles) if you're interested.

I am interested. My xf is an 11. I wonder if your springs will fit my car. I called Eibach, and they did not know if they would work. Why are you selling yours?

I'm not aware of a change for '11 that would make them not fit but don't know. Maybe a tech will chime in. Don't want to hijack this thread so I'll send you a PM.

I bought mine from tirerack.com, they were $100 cheaper... Tbh, Ebaich recommended me to buy them there to save the $$$!
I love them, and don't notice any diff in the ride like I did when I lowered my Lexus GS with Tanabi's. Well worth the $$$!

Bought the Jag factory black mesh front grill too, just added last week. I'll have to take a pic and post. I like how all the mesh is black now as opposed to the top grill chrome and the lower grills black.

Looks great man! I live in Toronto and was wondering who installed your springs for you? Are you going to drive this in the winter?

Duke, What was your experience with the springs? Did you go back to stock?

What colour Calipers look good on Lunar Grey XF?

Springs look GREAT (in my opinion) and car still rides smooth and seems to handle just as well.
ManofSteel-was wondering how your car was handling and riding with the lowering springs you put on a while back. Does the 09SC have the dynamic suspension? Any problems?
