Default Polished upper intake

I felt like shining the engine bay up a bit so I polished the intake up. It turned out pretty well.

I'm probably going to experiment with some different sized supercharger pulleys pretty soon. I'm looking into a quick change pulley setup so I can swap pulleys back and forth without having to use a puller every time. Anyone know if the 03-04 Mustang Cobra pulleys will work? They use the same Eaton M112 but I suppose the snout could be different. I have a buddy with a 04 Cobra (Whipple on it with 691whp). He has some pulleys for the stock SC that used to be on there lying around I'm going to look at.

Please keep us posted. I am guessing the mina pulley doesn't cut it for you (only raising boost by 2 psi) ?

What mods do you currently have on the car?

I only have K&N drop in filters at the moment. I build custom motors and supercharger kits for other cars. I picked this car up a few months ago so I'm researching it as much as I can to determine if I should build some parts for this car and put a website together in case others are interested in them.

I took a look at the downpipes on my car the other day and they are pretty straight forward. I may look into having a catless set (no precats) made up. I'm still not sure if this car has precats and main cats but I would assume it does like every other car out there. I need to pull all the covers off under the car. Removing the pre-cats on my 06 Audi S4 gave a good jump in mpg and power. On a supercharged car it should be much more significant. Either O2 spacers or MIL Elminators (resistor and capacitor to delay the signal) would be needed for the O2s that monitor the precats. I don't have emissions testing in MN but for someone that does you would pass emissions if the main cats were still intact.

Has anyone picked up a service manual for their car yet? I should look into picking one up for reference when tinkering with the car.

If anyone is looking for another exhaust option drop an email to moreinfo@magnaflow.com asking for them to look into building an exhaust for the XF. They said they need to get emails showing demand before they would start building one. So do it even if you aren't looking so there are more options out there.

Keep us all posted.. The idea of being able to change pulleys would be nice.
