Default Possible XJR - buy

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...le-buy-197348/

I posted the above in the wrong forum as I didn't realize the x250 covers through MY2015.

When looking at 2015 xfrs, anything I should know or look out for?

I don't think Jag has produced an X260 XFR or XFR-S yet. Which is a bit of a shame.

I think the engine in the R-S is the same as that in the XFR, so I imagine things to look out for will be similar. Plenty of info online for the XFR.

P.S. Something on your linked thread about 100 R-S models making it to the US in 2014 - seems unlikely, given that there are only just over 100 on the roads in the UK to date ( https://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/vehicl...xf_r-s_v8_auto ). They're pretty rare beasties!

I'm finding out it's not truly an XFR-S, but an XFR (I don't know if the ad changed, or I didn't read it correctly in the first place). Not as exciting, but it still seems like a cool car. Need to look into the history, but it's only got 15k miles on it, so might be a good risk. Thoughts?

Took it out last week but it was wet and the rear was skipping around at the slightest touch of the throttle. Hope to try again on Monday
