Default Problems with my jaguar

Hi all
I have just got a jaguar xf 3.D S portfolio 2010 still under warrantyand been having a bit of trouble. The tyre pressure sensors were showing that all tyres were low and then going off. I ring my local dealer some 30 miles away, they said they needed it for a full day to change all the sensors in the tyres. This was arranged and the work was carried out. On picking the car up I noticed that on the ride back the steering seemed heavier and the steering column did not adjust now and then the tyre pressure warning came on like before. When I ring the dealer up they told me I had to book it in to change the module and the steering column may not be activated as they had done a software update. I booked it in again and took the car back in. Just before picking the car up I rang to see if all was well and was informed that they had to order more parts and arranged a new pickup time. I rang just before this new time and was told it was ok to pick it up. On picking it up I was told that the steering column was not fixed and they had to order a new one, also the heavy steering had not been fixed and I had to book it in so they could look at it at the same time. I am unsure whether to find a new dealer or stick with this one.

The heavy steering may be part of the steering column problem.

The "heavy" steering may also be the module has defaulted to "hiway" mode. That will give a heavy feel around town, but will be normal feel at hiway speeds.

Why are they diagnosing your car over the phone anyway. They shouldn't be doing that number 1. Number 2, are you mad about the whole situation. Like what do you think could have been done differently.
