Default Product survey

Hi all,

I have been asked by our engineering department to ask you to review some of the ideas that may find their way into our vehicles in the very near future. We would appreciate your feedback and suggestions. Please take some time to fill out the survey below.

Kelly, your URL seems to be broken as quoted.

It works fine. One question is repeated twice.

As far as media goes: CD's are out. Online streaming and digital content is in. Please make sure engineers know that Apple (Iphone/Ipod) isn't the only phone on the market. Most people own Android phones so they should focus equally if not more on Android compatibility (bluetooth streaming, displaying phone tracks on car screen, allowing car controls to change phone music tracks, etc.). I don't understand why any car has a specific Iphone/Ipod jack. Stop catering to Apple. Use a USB jack like ever other phone on the market. Apple owners can get an adapter.

Although I have my ipod hooked up, I listen to most of my music on a USB stick. I don't like having to navigate through music folders for different artists on my USB or ipod using the touch screen while driving. It's a huge distraction. I'm all for some type of controller behind the gear selector. Also on the XF (may be different for MY13) I believe that song info, or satellite radio info should show between the tach and speedometer like the XJ does.

I submitted my response but I'm a file/folder kind of guy that never uses playlists. I like the radio and only navigate to my media when I am out of range of any radio.
