Default Propshaft Vibration - 2009 XF SV8

Currently have a Vibration on my 2009 XF SV8 over here in the harsh UAE Summer. Fixed many vibrations on the SV8 in the last few years, but this one is nearly got me beat. The vibration is under the following conditions;

1) 60 - 80 Kph through seats and floor appears to be around prop-shaft centre bearing. No vibration when all components are cold.
2) Gradually get worse upto 80 Kph then tails off. Worse when coasting from 80 to 70.
3) Same vibration under hard acceleration at 40 Kph and again at 60 - 80 Kph
4) No vibration on static test
5) Vibration remains when coasting in Neutral (60 - 80 Kph)
6) Changing Gear makes no difference in vibration intensity
7) New front Tyres fitted - No change
8) All Prop-shaft cuppling bolts and centre bearing bolts checked - none loose
9) Prop-shaft and diff replaced with second hand units 30,000 Kph ago
10) Not checked propshaft alignment yet.
11) Engine and transmission mounts changed 30,000 Kph ago.
12) Car drives and handles fine at all other speeds.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Russ

Have had your rims checked for true, I know where you think the vibration is coming from, but it's worth a try? just get them spun up on a tire balance machine.

Yep had all 4 rims stripped back, made round again and recoated by specialist in Dubai. News tyres aswell which sorted out the flat spots. Thinking may need to align the propshaft as not sure on quality or accuracy of garage which installed last propshaft.

Default Same problem

Hi there, I know its an old thread! but I was wondering if you ever found out what the problem was? I'm having the same issue. Under acceleration at about 40mph I hear a vibration from the back. It's not the wheels, as I've had them rotated. I read elsewhere it may be the driveshaft off balance or a rubber ring round the drive the might of perished. Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks
