Default Replacing Bluetooth Module

Hi, new here, sorry if this isn't the right place to post! I have a 2009 XF, and it's been having more and more problems as of late. Most recently, the display screen gets stuck in a loop of the leaping cat logo and a black screen, and most of the forums attribute this to a shot bluetooth module. I'm ready to buy a new one, but I'm not sure where to look.
I've also seen that you need a specific module for iPhones later than 5; is this only to use the bluetooth functionality, or will it still work with an aux cable? I've never been able to get the bluetooth to work. Thanks in advance!

tl;dr ISO bluetooth module for 2009 XF, where do I find a reliable one?

I think you misread my post. I’m well aware of the location of the module, I was asking where I can purchase a new one.

Did anyone actually read and comprehend my post? I'm not looking for a $30 Bluetooth adapter, I need the >$100 Bluetooth module (sometimes called the phone control module) that goes under the seat and enables the screen to function. I have since taken it out to get the manufacturer ID number, but I can't find a reputable seller with any available.

what's the part number - post a pic.

Also before you buy, (I don't have your make and model, can I assume it's connected via fiber optics? (orange). If so, you can but a bypass loop and see if that corrects the problem. If you connect the loop, you will bypass the BT module and if your screen clears, you know that's the problem. If you have the FO line vs D2B, the link I posted is what you need. The listing says for BMW but will work in the Jaguar.

I'm pretty sure this is what the guy's looking for.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/133630698831

Apparently he didn't or maybe can't comprehend my post as I just bought the exact item he described he's looking for.
Or maybe he wants to make sure it's new and he will not pay less than $100 for one.
Either way, FWIW..there are six different module numbers (from Jaguar,Land Rover and Volvo) that are compatible with that make/model.
Do an internet search and you'll find them OP.

Good luck with your search.

The Jaguar part number is C2Z18541, superseding all previous versions if my source is correct.
With this you should be able to find either a new or used one.

Cheers

Driver's seat in North America. I think passenger in UK.
So, under left front seat, if that's the case.

Excellent! Thank you so much. This is my first time owning a Jag, so I'm trying to learn as best as I can on my own.
