Restricted Performance - Codes P061A P2105 P2135 P0122
Got these codes twice - Restricted performance -Codes P061A P2105 P2135 P0122 Car would go no more than like 10 MPH and was running very rough - Stopped engine - read and reset codes - restarted - All good
This also happened about 2 weeks ago - I suspect it's the Accelerator Pedal sensor based on what I info I could find on these codes. .
Any one have any more info on this condition ? Should I replace the Accelerator Pedal or could it be something else?
Thanks,
Nick

I don't have the DTC list for the 5.0l NA so I can't really give you a definitive answer. What I can see tho is that those codes seem to be consistent across the other engines:
I'd also give the ECU connectors a quick clean out and reseat in case any moisture is got in there and caused any slight corrosion on the contacts. If you have the skills and equipment, you should check the APP sensors for shorts and resistance. In other models the pedal has multiple sensors, I presume this is a failsafe for when they fail. If you get a short to ground, an open circuit or widely different readings between them then the APP sensor will need replacing. As far as I can tell you just need to drop the trim from above the pedals and that should give you access to the pedal assembly - there might be a bracket that goes under the carpet I'm not sure on that model.
That's all I have, which might not be useful.
- P2135 & P0122 are directly related to the APP sensor
- P2105 seems to be the the throttle system throwing a wobbly but its unclear (to me) why as it seems to be related to the fuel supply and I would have expected other DTCs to have appeared to tell me why (unless its caused by P061A)
- P061A worries me because this is an internal error from the ECU
