Road Trip

So, our first real road trip of any distance this past week and the car performed flawlessly. What a beautiful ride. A couple of disappointing events, however. Took the car to the local car wash in NJ to get the bugs off, etc and the *******s scraged the paint on two of my wheels. ![Icon Omg](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_omg.gif)
I should have known better. I took one look at the track to which they hook the car up to and thought in the back of my mind that it was not wide enough and too tall for the low profile wheels and tires. Sure enough...
On the return trip my darling wife discovered a crack in the wood trim along the bottom of the dash. It is right in the upper right corner where the control button panel is. I had not noticed it before, so it is hard to tell how long it has been there.
Other than those two frustrating incidents the trip was highly enjoyable. If you have a chance to see Chicago on Broadway then you should take it and be sure a stop at il Tinello's for dinner before or after the show.
