I have a Jaguar XF 2009 model recently purchased. The DVD for Sat Nav was not available so I got it from e-bay, inserted the DVD , it gave a message that software upgrade is required and would you like to continue, I pressed yes , after few minutes the navigation button is not working, I mean its greyed out.


Want to understand how this can be rectified? please could you help in understanding how I can make my Sat Nav work.
