XF 250: A set of weird engine noises + lean fuel on top of it

Gents,

Got an XF 250, 2011, 3.0, 236 h.p., 178,900 km
When I got the car some 2,000 km back, I replaced all fluids, oils, and filters. Been enjoying the ride pretty much.
Today in the morning, however, when I fired up the engine, here is what came out:

Engine Sound on cold start (might be chain or sth else):

This one disappeared after the engine warmed up. But the following one appeared and does not go away (although it does not really affect performance):

Engine sound/front:

Doesn't go away when the engine heats up to normal temp.
Does not affect acceleration, no vibrations, etc.

Some time ago I also had a P0174 /P0171 engine check errors lit up, but none of the mechs I visited could find a single leak.
I have had the wheel vibrate slightly when turning left or right for a sec, but not sure if this can be related to the engine noises.

That's a gazillions of questions, I know, but since the car is totally new to me I do hope you, guys, can help me find the right direction to go.
