It does stop fine but i gotta, press the pedal a bit more than normal, it's gets worse when the brakes get hot after driving a lot, yes it's spongy.

I wouldn't have thought it would be braking properly if your brake pedal slowly pushes to the floor.. If this is happening & you can't find a leak the chances are good you've either got air in the system or a duff master cylinder. If you can't bleed any air out (or nothing changes after bleeding) then it's likely the master cylinder. It sounds like you're driving around with faulty brakes & if it is the master cylinder, at some point it's going to fail badly & you won't have any brakes (ask me how I know).

I have suspected Master cylinder form the very beginning, maybe that's why it gets worse when hot, probably bypasses more fluid as it looses viscosity.

But i haven't been able to do any conclusive testing, with the car cold turned off without servo assistance, the pedal is hard and doesn't sink, so I can't really says 100% sure it's the MC. I have bleed it 2 times, no air comes out.

Anyway the car is 11 years old a New master cylinder won't hurt. But I'm not sure if it will cure the problem.

I don't drive the car everyday barely once a month, i use my wife's bmw, and won't be driving it untill I sort this out.

It's LV , has same specs as the shell esl, so we can rule that out.

Does anyone knows of there's an adjustable push rod in the servo, like the older cars, maybe that's bathe whole problem.

If the master cylinder is going bad, and you pump the pedal it should become firmer. If not your problem is else ware.

Already ordered the MC, yes it does get firm when pumping.

I took the car out the other day, for some intense acceleration and very aggressive braking, the brakes feel very good after that, apparently it solved the problem , I'm not sure how, but the pedal feels great now.

So I'll keep the new MC i case the pedal starts acting up again.

Glad it worked out.

Intense acceleration and aggressive braking with spongy brakes could easily have led to a different outcome..
