It isn't a factory part. A sprintbooster eliminates the throttle lag due to the drive by wire throttle.
I don't think there is one sold for the XF.

BTW the lag in the XF could be as easy to fix as it is in the Mustang throttle by wire.

It couldn't hurt to pull the pedal out to check. The lag is annoying for me and if the fix was as easy as it is in that link it would be well worth it.
