Yes, but the '10 Premium could be optioned with everything on that list except for CATS and I guess dynamic mode

CATS, JaguarDrive dynamic, 16/12-way seats, the Volana style 20 inch wheels, and for what it's worth the premium floor mats are all listed as supercharged only in the brochure. True, premium has power seats minus a couple of controls relative to the supercharged and its own version of the 20 inch wheels are available, and no doubt you could've gotten a dealer to install Volana wheels and floor mats if you really cared about it when buying a '10.

Still, there's no guarantee a used '10 will have those options, and if it does the price may be different, so if you want to compare two specific cars those are the things to look for.

If a '09 supercharged and a '10 premium feel about the same in normal mode, the '09 will definitely have an edge in dynamic mode.

Anyway it looks like the OP already made up his mind. Enjoy it jackals! https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...ng-soon-57760/

My only point was that you could option a '10 Premium to SC specs other than the engine, CATs and dynamic. For the record. the Portfolio package on the 10 Premium gets you the 16 way seats, gorgeous 20s (Senta's not Volans), and the premium floor mats among other things.

Thanks! Picked up an 09 Supercharged - Porcelain on Spice (Heated steering wheel, and adaptive cruise control) - Car has the accessory 20" wheels called SELENA.

I love the Selena wheels, they are gorgeous.

The only other thing it has is the other accessory, the chrome side vents, that go vertical.

I stand corrected, its 18,911 miles. Florida owned car, 1 owner. No accidents or paintwork.

On order:

Pulley

Mina Gallery Exhaust

K&N Air filters

Painted Trunk Lip Spoiler (Like XFR)

35% window tint all around

Jaguar rubber floor mats
Congrats! We need pics!

You could really not go wrong with either car - congrads on the more exciting (and better-equipped) XF!
Enjoy and do post pictures!

Does the XF SUpercharged (or any for that matter) come stock with a tinted back window?

I just realized ONLY by back rear window is tinted... not the side windows.

Is this from factory? If so is it 20% or?

I've been going through the same flip flopping....but have landed on a 10 SC. Bit more money but not XFR money but pretty close in the HP dept. I did like the one year newer factor as well. Those SELENA rims are on the 10 SC as well.

I dod the Mina exhaust (LOVE THE SOUND) pulley, K&N filters, tint (20%) smoked rear tail lights and custom black glossed Volan wheels. On order is the black mesh front grill to replace my chrome (chrome defect, under warranty).

Check out the 2012 XFR just so you don't feel bad about your decision later - much more aggressive styling front and rear - I think the 2012 will do very well

I'm sure Jagular would agree

On a personal note, I only drove a 5.0L N/A car and I can't imagine a 4.2 S/C being noticeably quicker, especially considering that Car and Driver tests yelded basically similar results for both models.
I would agree. I gave myself a choice between an 09 SC or 10 Prem and didn't notice much of a difference between them, if any. I took them both out for a test drive several times just to reasure my choice and it remained solid. I guess it also helped the 10 Prem had a 6y/100k warranty and still was cheaper then the couple 09 SC I looked at.
