Folks
I have a couple of 1 cm long scratches on my vehicle and wanted to know if there is anywhere I could buy a bottle of touch up paint. My vehicle is 2012 XF portfolio and it is black. I don't know however if there is a specific name for the color like ebony black or black metallic....etc.
Is there a way I can know what color it is exactly? Also where can I buy the touch up paint from the US? ebay? body shops?
Help is apprecaited.
Thanks
Sam

The paint code is located on the drivers door and will be a 3 letter code.
Here is a list of all 2012 Jag XF codes:
2012 Jaguar XF Touch Up Paint - for XF Paint Repairs - PaintScratch.com
I bought my bottle from a British paint seller on ebay. My code is LNL or Stratus Gray. Came in a small bottle, with another bottle of clear coat, and a few dual tipped applicators. Worked great.
Most likely your code is PEC for Ebony or PVS for Black Amethyst Pearl.
Here is the seller I bought from and his auction for PEC.

I had great success with the Dr. Colorchip kit, I recommend it. It was especially effective on scratches/chips that are close together. You just wipe it on over an area, and then wipe it off. The chips remain filled.
