TPS Fault
I am having trouble with the TPSM system and a question. I keep getting front passenger tire pressure low indicator on the dash. Checked and air pressure is good 40 psi. Replaced sensors all 4 and keep getting same tire low. Swapped passenger tire with driver side and still getting passenger side tire low. I found corrosion on the tpsm module connector pins on the module itself therefore assume also on the connector. So I used eléctrical cleaner spray on both and used a wire brush to clean them. Reconnected module and same thing, so I replaced the module and now I get Tire Pressure Monitor System Fault. So my question is”does the replaced module need to be flashed/programmed to communicate with my vehicle?

No - the tpms module doesn't need to be programmed or coded. It can take a bit of time to automatically pair with the tpms sensors. But the system fault suggests either it hasn't connected properly (the physical wiring) or it's faulty. That's the error they give when they fail (which can happen after a number of years)
Check the antenna as mentioned above. Check connectors are clean. But where did you get the new module from - and are you sure it's not faulty? Also did you get the same part number as the one you replaced (or an updated part number) - not sure if they are all interchangeable across models.
