Video in Motion Activated :)
At last I made it, activate without any aftermarket add-on's, without cutting wiring, using just dealers level software, the Video In Motion.
Here is the photos for complete job confirmation:
I think this solution will perfectly running on all IAM and InControl Systems, so all current and future JLR vehicle could has the Video In Motion

Every driver should realize the danger of such kind things like watching movie or chatting via smartphone while driving.

To give some context, TV pictures have been shown on the front screen in Japanese cars since the 1980's (i mean cars in Japan) it's very common for Japanese drivers to be watching the news, or any other video for that matter, while they are driving.
You could be just as easily distracted by your cellphone, navigation, tuning the radio, lighting a cigarette or picking your nose.
I was involved in a car accident while lighting a cigarette years ago. I didn't blame Philip Morris for it.

2. Nav systems make you agree to make all your settings before engaging the car into drive..And you usually have voice turn by turn instructions and taking your eyes off the road for a second is not too much of a distraction as is watching a movie.
3. Tuning the radio is done by finger controls on the steering wheel.
4. Proof again that cigarettes are bad for you.
5. And Japan? They usually drive bicycles and mopeds don't they?

In a Jaguar XF, yes. In other makes & models, older cars for example, no, not always.
That wasn't the point of my example.
Obviously you've never been there. I have, many times.
My first trip to Japan was as a student in the 1980's. My host had a Toyota Crown, and I was amazed to see a TV in the dashboard. He was watching the news in the morning while we were driving into the city. Perfectly legal.
My most recent trip last year, got in a taxi which was the latest Toyota Crown, just been released. What an amazing machine. A massive OLED screen in the middle of the dash, and again, with TV broadcast. The driver was kind enough to give me a run through of all the features (while we were driving down the freeway at 50mph), had TV, DVD, full multimedia with access to his Android phone, text messages, emails. The lot...

wasn't offering an excuse. I was just trying to give examples. There are plenty more other things in a car which can be a distraction too.
Not all systems. For example the factory EU maps in the X-Type, S-Type and X350 XJ allow you to enter a destination on the move, a feature which is locked out on the US and Australian maps.
