Default Water in Passenger Door

I was washing the car today and after drying it I noticed a "dark spot" in the rear passenger door. Took a closer look and it looks like water. Any ideas? Will take to the dealership first thing tomorrow.

I stopped by the body shop and they said looks like a flaw in body work that has been previously done on the car.

I purchased the car as a demo 6 months back. Needless to say looks like Jaguar NA doesn't feel its necessary to have the dealerships disclose such information!
