Water under the driver's (LHD) footwell
Hi,
My car is a 2010 XF-S 3.0D - I bought it six years before after a long and happy SAAB owning. I like it, but to be honest, it never lets me be bored.
Today I found water under the driver's side carpet. The water was clean, not cooling fluid. I suspect it is coming from the AC or maybe from the sunroof.

- Has the XF any well-known related problem?
- How many drains have the XF? Where are those? I would like to check if they are clogged or not.

I am here from Saab world as well. You will find WAY more issues (and expensive) with these cars but they are very nice.
Had it been raining? is the a-pillar cover damp? I had the same issue when got mine. There is a known issue that the nuts that hold the sunroof in place back out. I got mine cheaper because when I went to pick it up I felt the A pillar wet and the floor. I was ready to walk a quick google saw what the issue was and the Jag dealer said 1500 to fix. I had the take it off the car, an hour after I got it home all fixed.
I just pulled the headliner down near the front at the sunroof at the overhead console 10 mm nuts they were pretty loose. I was able to slide a open end wrench in there and slowly tighten (Don;t go too hard because the threaded price is not attached all that well I broke a couple of clips but they are replaceable but I never did, can;t tell either
You can do the sides as well, also pull down the headliner at the sunroof. Mine were tight there.
