Default What's this leak?

I get some fluid leaking from the right front wheel area as shown on the below pictures. The nearly transparent pink fluid feels like water and doesn't smell while the dark one smells like engine oil. Is it both coolant and oil leaking at the same time or just the coolant mixing with the oil dirt?

I think its oil and coolant leaking.

Any ideas why they could leak simultaneously?

Could be a coincidence. XF can be a bit prone to coolant leaks given water pump issues and like many modern cars quite a few plastic pipes
If not then blown head gasket would be most likely I suspect

Look in the coolant to check it's still the right colour and not contaminated with oil. If it looks brown and dirty that's not a good sign. Likewise if the oil in the block is milky then coolant is getting in

Of course check coolant and oil levels before driving - overheating or lack of oil could do very serious damage to these engines
