Default Wiper problems

Hi. I‘m new to the Jaguar family as i‘ve recently got myself a 2009 Jaguar XF 2.7D as a first car
Everything has been going quite good this far, but in the last Month or so my Wipers really gave me a headache.
Firstly they didn‘t flick on immediately after moving the Stalk, but after some minutes of moving the Stalk up and down they would start working and then continue to work as if nothing has ever been, tho sometimes when trying to do one Manual wipe, i would need to pull on the stalk 2/3 times before it wiped or it would just take like 5 seconds before it actually wiped.
Well a week ago the car was at home and wasn‘t driven for one day, the next day, i got in and wanted to go, but there was a little snowing going on, i flicked the stalk up and down for like 10 minutes but nothing happened, luckily the snowing stopped and i drove off normally after cleaning the windshield by hand, thinking it only needs a little time again.
Eversince then the wipers didn‘t move again.
The weird thing is, the water spray is working 100% fine but the wipers just won‘t start.
I already changed the motor, the stalk, the wiper interval relay & start stop relay ( i think that were the number 12&15) i also checked the 30 amp fuse and it didn‘t look broken! and yet still only water is being sprayed with 0 wiper movement.
I also got a new battery fitted after the old one died on me.
Sorry for the long post and formating, i try to give as much information as I can.
