XF 3.0 SC Euro Toys Pulley Upgrade

If anyone is inquiring about pulling the trigger on the SC Pulley and Crank Shaft Pulley Upgrade with the Custom ECU Tune from Euro Toys, I can't exclaim enough how DRASTICALLY it changes the performance in this 6 cyl petrol engine by increasing the boost and fuel delivery programming.
I drive this car at least 3-4 x's per week and am now THRILLED when behind the wheel. it's a DRAMATIC power increase- EuroToys estimates approx. 420-440 Engine HP with the ECU reprogram which you can purchase the handheld programmer
i will eventually dyno it at the rear wheels but having too much fun in the interim- the supercharger boost gain is evident in sound and immediate straight line performance. Enjoy

Sorry for the intrusion, I usually lurk around on the F-Type forum, but the title of this thread grabbed my attention. Changing the upper pulley on the 3.0 is of little value. The smallest pulley that can physically fit is a 60.5 mm pulley distributed by Mina Gallery . That is only a 2.5% reduction from the stock 3.0 62mm pulley. Some of the other vendors are selling 62mm pulleys believing that both the V6 and V8 have the same 66mm stock upper pulley that appears only on the 5.0 V8. Additionally, the upper pulley is a press fit onto the shaft and a real bear to remove & replace. The solution suggested by Growler55 is indeed the best way to go as the Eurotoys pulley is 11.8% larger than stock, and will produce the advertised horsepower with a tune from either Eurotoys or Velocity AP. Also, that's a much easier installation since the lower pulley is bolted on.

Very true. Started with the upper pulley upgrade a year ago and not much in right foot noticeable gains. With the lower and MUCH easier to install (after getting rid of fan shroud in way) lower pulley and custom tune it's really a different automobile (esp when starting out with 340HP vs the newer 380HP)
Both shops- Mina Gallery and Euro Toys were great with support and honest feedback about any products I purchased.
Have a safe great Christmas and Holiday weekend.

Thanks for the info unhingd. Do't know if I will have to eat the cost of my previous purchase, but I will look into this upgrade a bit more. Since I will not be attempting to install the lower pulley myself, I was hoping to get an estimate on what my cost would be to have it done. Great info here. Thanks gain

I recently purchased a 2015 XF Sport AWD and I am very interested in doing the Eurotoys Stage 2 package. This thread is somewhat old so I was hoping that the OP could give us an update. Did you ever get a dyno done after installing all of the Eurotoys parts? If so, can you upload it here for us to see? If not, please give us some insight into how everything went and how your car ran after. I haven't found many reviews online for their products. Thanks!

After that installation and tune...what’s the final specs an XF could achieve? Specifically, I’ve got the ‘17 35t prestige. Somebody told me that just doing that would increase the HP by 120. I felt like he may be pulling my leg.
I appreciate the feedback!
enjoy your day

Not shitting you dude. I am not sure about the 35t, but the XF model I have felt like a different car afterwards. Supercharger whine was increased dramatically. The tune itself was good....but after the lower pulley upgrade, the car really came alive. Problem is that you begin to feel you can take on M4s and C63s....then you start looking for more power and there isn't anything else after this upgrade. The XF is just to dam heavy. I went off the reservation and installed a spray kit and that got me what I was after...but then I discovered we don't have limited slip diff's so i.kept spinning one wheel on launches. Anyways...i moved on to the XE 35t RSport and will be transfering all the upgrades to that. I am hoping the pulley bolt pattern is the same on the 35t ....I have the AWD version so now I know all my tires will hook on launch. Anyways...I did dyno the XF before tune and afrer tune and after pulley and tune. I posted those charts somewhere on the forum before.

My 3.0 AWD had the VAP lower pulley and tune. Now with High flow Cats X pipe and straight through exhaust. The car is nicely powered now. Dash command is telling me 500HP but I think it feels like a good 450
Car moves but when you get near red-line it pulls like a freight train, power curve is up high, 5500-7000 which is fine for the 8 speed trans.
Car is fun to drive now

Hey everyone,
I just got myself a 2013 Jaguar XF 3.0 V6 SC RWD 340hp.
I going to upgrade the crank pulley 12% cold air intake filters and piping and remapping.
The filters and piping are reasonably priced.
The remapping, I can get done locally for half the prices online.
My issue is with the pulley and the belt.
I know a local machine shop that can manufacture a pulley for me to the right specs. Can someone share those with me? ...or a link to somewhere where I can get them?
And can someone also share the numbering on the upgraded belt?
Thanks.
