XF light problems

I have just taken delivery of a 2014 Sportbrake Portfolio and seems to have a problem with the lights. They are pointing down so badly that I can actually drive on full beam without any other drivers flashing me.
From what I under the lights should move as you steer around bends and at slow speeds a another light should shine more to the side, none of this happens - any ideas?

Welcome to the forum Jaytea,
I've moved your question from General Tech Help to X250 forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.
You definitely do have Adaptive Headlamps? The XF was available without this option.
Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some info about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

Welcome to the forum. This is a common issue please use the search function or you can wait for a response.
I believe all XF post facelift have low angled beams. Many have complained on this. I have the same issue but I know there is a way you can adjust the angle yourself and do trial and error to figure out how you like it.
If it's not too difficult I would like to do it my self as well.

Very embarrassing - it was just so badly adjusted. In the UL 'Aproved' Jaguars go through a strict inspection to ensure the used cars meet the very strict Jaguar standard. This is expensive and is added to the cost of the car along with the Jaguar warentee costs . Funny how they didn't spot headlights that were so badly adjusted as to make them dangerous!!!! Thank you Jaguar forum for the correct diagnoses
