Had the car 6 years 180k not a problem! Until now!
car runs fine on motorway A road etc, get into town or a jam and within five minutes there is absolutely no power on the throttle.
Revs really slowly through the rev range, and barely moves.
However, if you can get up to some sort of speed and maintain it, thereby maybe cooling things down (?) power is restored.

Ive seen other threads on similar problems but non with a conclusion.

Fuel filter has been changed as has air and oil… so unlikely to be those… I’m stuck now and so are several local garages.

I have exactly the same problem, I find if you hold the brake and apply some power then release the brake it moves off better, once above about 30 then things are fine. Must be a common issue but no one has the fix?
