I noticed that my rear seat windows do not go all the way down. They both (L + R) stop around the same if not same area which is 80% open. I have tried pushing the buttons from the drivers side as well as the actual rear seat buttons but it just stops at that same spot every time. They go all the way up normally.

I have not removed the battery. I have tried reseting the windows following the book but I have either failed to follow the instructions or nothing is changing. I cannot remember if they were always like this (I recently got the car) as I have not really noticed it until now.

Anyone have this problem before?

 

pretty sure they don't go all the way, unless there's a difference in the 2010 and 2012 i don't know about. Mine certainly don't

 

Yep, they only go about 80% down, that is normal.
