So the ride comfort hasn't changed with the new bar in conjunction with the coilvers?
Nope, just less body roll. Just put in the rear one as well last week. It's effects are not so marked as compared to when I first put in the front ARB but the car is nicely balanced now and drives so much better than when I first did the coil spring conversion for my car. No regrets in doing this mod.
as I attach photo above, all XF turbo & supercharged use same sway bar
stock one thickness : front : 31mm ... rear 16mm
new one thickness : front : 32mm ... rear 20mm
# stock one front is like a pipe .. new one front is like a mass
therefore, the difference is just 1mm but strenth is very different..
I know this is an old thread, but I was looking for the XFR front sway bar size to order the PowerFlex bushings, as PowerFlex confusingly sells them in 31.5mm and 32.5mm sizes for the XFR. The PowerFlex 31.5mm product page (PFF27-604-31.5BLK) says, "Check size to confirm before ordering," while the 32.5mm PowerFlex product page (PFF27-604-32.5BLK) references a corresponding OEM part number of "XR19697," which I couldn't find anywhere. Luckily, instead of trusting the incorrect information contained in the post to which I'm replying, I measured my own 2011 XFR front sway bar, and wanted to let everyone know that it is not 31mm, but is actually 32mm+. I took multiple measurements along the length of the sway bar and the measurements ranged from 32.33mm on the low side to 32.47mm on the high side. I suspect the slight variance might be due to the angle at which I'm holding the calipers because of such tight clearance (and possibly varying thickness of the bar?).
Anyway, I guess I'll order the PowerFlex bushings in 32.5mm, unless anyone else has experience with the PowerFlex bushings and can confirm the correct size (31.5mm vs. 32.5mm). Thanks. 2011 XFR Front Sway Bar - 32.33mm 2011 XFR Front Sway Bar -32.47mm

Thanks very much! I only need a front bar (have already changed the rear bar to an XKR-S one) so I will contact J.Craft to see if they can do something for the front only.

how long to install front and rear by qualified tech? I have the same ARB but have not installed yet. Any tips would be appreciated.
