XF transmission questions research

All Jaguar XF's have the ZF 6HP28. This transmission is rated at 650NM (480 foot pounds) of torque. The XFR already is producing 625nm the XF Supercharged 575nm.
I'm researching the ETG pulley and flash for the XF Supercharged which would raise hp to 590 hp and 550 lb of torque.
With these power levels will transmission problems follow? Anyone have the ETG pulley and flash on a Supercharged XF/XFR?
Also it appear a whole bunch of manufacturers areusing the ZF 6HP28 including Ford in the new Mustang GT. I wonder if a Mustang GT aftermarket torque converter would work in a XF Supercharged? I have not found any transmission aftermarket for the XF.

In a nut shell, The ECU still engages the TQ Limiters to prevent you from harming the Trans. I have the tune and pulley along with the K&N and exhaust and I can feel the TQ limiters still intervein when needed. I have tried 2 dyno's already and both seem to reflect this as well. The car is still very fast when the unsprung weight is not at its most ( rolling )

The ZF box/converter is able to handle 700nm of which 650nm continuously. So going up a little over the 700nm wouldn't disintegrate them imho.
There is also a 6HP34 box around which is able to deal with 850nm, so maybe something to research parts (i.e. converter, or even the full box) could be transferred.

I've been searching for dimensions for the Mercedes W5A580 that the 6HP24 replaced but can't find any diagrams with dimensions. If it were longer it would guide us as to how much room there was.
I've attached datasheets for the 6HP26 and 6HP32 since I can't track down a flyer for the 6HP34. Since the 6HP28 (that replaces the 6HP26) is identical in size albeit slightly stronger (650nm vs. 600nm) it's reasonable to assume that the same applies to the 6HP34 vs. 6HP32.
Thoughts?

Do you know if anyone has tried to fit a 6HP34 to an XKR? I have a 2006 model (the last of the pretty ones) with the 6HP26. I notice that the 6HP34 is 23mm longer than the 6HP24 / 26 and also a little heavier. I'd accept the additional weight for the strength but not if it involves major cutting of the chassis to make it fit.
