XFR and Jaguar Accessory Splashguards

Just thought I'd pass along that although the Jag web-site states that the accessory splashguards won't fit the XFR - seems they will.
I have both rears on and the fronts should be on in the next couple of days. I'll post pics when completed if anyone is interested.

I did the install - wasn't too bad. Leave it to Jag to make it harder than it had to be
. I ordered them blind as the website says they won't fit the XFR but I can't see why they put that disclaimer up.
Fronts are pretty easy - just turn the wheel all the way left, then all the way right for full access to the mount points. Remove the existing retainers, lift the liners up enough to access the holes (for the retainers) and put speed clips on them, then stick the guards on and tighten with inculded hardware.
Rears are a bit of a challenge and would be MUCH easier if Jag had included hex head screws instead of phillips head hardware, Screws need to be longer for the rears but utilize existing mount points of the liners. The challenge is to get a phillips head driver on the screw with the tire in the way. I did it but looking back I would probably just remove the rear wheels (one per side) for install.
Anyone who is even marginally mechanically inclined (doesn't run scared of boxes marked "some assembly required"
) should be able to handle this with ease. Instructions are included as well.
