Lightbulb XFR-S & XFR 19" Wheel thoughts & opinions

Hey guys,

I was wondering if it is possible to put 19" wheels on the XFR-S. The only thing that I'm not certain about is if they would clear the brakes. Right now I am looking at a set of Forgestar wheels that they say will clear BBK's, but has anyone put 19" wheels on an R-S or an R?

There are a small handful of after-market 19" wheels which will fit over the 380 mm front brake calipers (such as Forgestar) and all factory F-Type 19" wheels will fit, but no other factory JLR 19" wheels.

Test very carefully. Many of us tried to find 19inch for the R models big front brakes and discovered that most 19inch will not fit
As Oz says, there are a few. But I would suggest you verify for yourself before parting with big $ as it's very tight

So the F-Type uses the same calipers (non-carbon ceramic versions) as the R & R-S's?

Yeah, that 's my main concern with having to buy at the very least one wheel and it not fitting than having a wheel that I can't use.

Yeah, that 's my main concern with having to buy at the very least one wheel and it not fitting than having a wheel that I can't use.
The F-Type has three different brake set-ups (excluding the Carbon Ceramic Matrix ones for now):
Base model - "performance" - 355 mm front and 326 mm rear (same as the X250 XFS).
V6S - "high performance" - 380 mm front and 326 mm rear.
R (V8) - "super performance" - 380 mm front and 376 mm rear.
The "super performance" brakes are identical to the XFR and XFR-S brakes other than for the rear calipers and brake pads due to the different parking brake set-up.
The F-Type 355 mm and 380 mm front brakes are absolutely identical in every way to those on the XF.
