Check for faulty on-plug coil #2 or spark plug??
The recommended replacement for plugs is 100K miles
Faulty Injector??

If it's a cylinder misfire, swap the coil with another cylinder, clear the codes and see if the problem follows the coil.

I found out that the coils can go without any warning, like slowly dying. My mom had one fail, she drove it around as it misfired only once in awhile, and before she told anyone about it (her CEL was even on) she damaged her catalytic converter and tripled her repair costs.

I had a coil fail on my 4.2 last month, just did it all of a sudden on my startup up to go to work one morning. without getting breakfast, I removed my coil cover, took my small ratchet and socket, I drove 3 miles to the auto parts store, and changed it in the parking lot. There was no way I was going to repeat my mom's mistake.
