Default 2005 XJ8 rad flush problems

Hi Everyone,

I have a 2005 Xj8 4.2 that i had a lube shop do a rad flush on. The car had no coolant problems prior to the flush, and maintained the temp gauge always steady in the middle. I only did the flush as routine maintenance.
Since the flush, which has been burped tirelessly, buy undoing the small bleed cap to the left of the main rad cap (with the main rad cap refilled, and closed)
I have had problems...The car takes a long time to move the needle up and rarely hits the middle mark anymore. also after 20 -30 mines driving. The temp gauge shoots to hot, and the car warning lights come on. All i do everyday is pull over, shut the engine off. restart and everything returns to where it was. The Heater does work fine, i have heat OK, and when it has been burped it is with the heater on full. What can the fast lube shop have done wrong when they changed the coolant.
