S/C Intercooler pump wanted

the Bosch pumps are the
0 392 022 010 and
0 392 022 002
The best is the 101 (highest flow) hoever you will need to get a plug
To do this you need to cut one off a Merc W203, W215, W230 or make your own
I did the latter making my own
One member cut one side of the socket to expose the pins then soldered on wires
I found some pins from another plug that fit and used those
In either case cover the wires with heat shrink and fill the plug
The wires on the pump are fragile so you need to support the wires you add or the pins will break
The other member filled the plug with silicone. I used hot melt glue
If you go for the 022 pump its still has improved flow over the OEM hella pump but you can purchase these with the plug
In either case you need to adapt the wiring in the car.
The Old hella pump has a wire lead attached with about 200mm of cable. Cut this in the middle and solder add in your new lead. I chose to use a plug rather than solder because the OEM plug is a pain to get to.
Mounting the pump is a bit fiddly
You need to take the bumper off to get to the pump. when you install the pump digard the rubber mount as the new pump has a bigger body. for the 010 I also needed to flatten out the bump um the bracket and use a longer m6 bolt. You could wrestle with it for hours to get the bolt to hook up but using a slightly longer bolt will make it easy

On my Supercharged XJR6 I used a Johnson CM-30
Auto Performance Engineering - Johnson CM30P7-1
It is still working after 5 years and lowered my inlet temps as well easy to install used the original bracket with rubber insulators cant even hear it
Lots of the Benz AMG cars also use the Johnson CM -30 good price as well

Yes it's an electric pump behind the bumper which circulates coolant through the intercooler circuit & it runs permanently with the ignition on. There is a separate radiator for in the intercoolers. The coolant is in a closed loop between that radiator and the chargecoolers on the engine, it overflows into the main reservoir.

Wiring
OK got the new pump and looked at CaptainJaguar's wiring diagrams but they only go to 2004. My 2006 has different color coding for the wires: black/white and black/red. Using an ohmeter it looks like black/white is the ground side. Can anyone confirm?
Also, I just planning to splice the pigtail onto the OEM wiring going to the pump mainly because it seems nearly impossible to get to the 2 wire plug. Any tips on getting to this PIA?

I just did mine.
Yes the plug is a pain but once you work out that the plug is fixed at the front and you pll the pack part its easy.
I chose to take off both the bumper and bumper cover. This makes getting to it easier but you don’t need to take the bumper off just the cover
If you got the 010 pump its marked with + and -
Just put a multimeter on the old harness to work out which wire are which
For the pump i just used a pair of pins from another plug over the pins then filled the rest with hot glue

End of story, for now
Pump problem not sorted but fixed. replacing the fuse box did not fix the voltage problem. But connecting a jumper from another switched relay to the fuse for the intercooler circuit did. This effectively bypassed the intercooler relay. To ensure the jumper could handle the current I braided 4 20 gauge wires together and then tinned them together and covered with heat shrink.
Still don't know why this happened. Componets are mainly sealed and the circuit as so simple it's had to guess where the fault would be. But the pump sounds sweet and the car's back on the road.
