Thermostat Replacement - 'Lazy' no more

Well, I was experiencing the 'cooling fans running after a short run' symptom.
Based on the info here and the description of a 'lazy' thermostat, I replaced the thermostat. Here are some pics from the thermostat swap.
1. Engine before
2. Remove Hose clamps on plastic supercharger duct and airbox top
3. Thermostat Housing
4. Housing apart
5. Old and new thermostats (As described on forums, the NAPA is a like-replacement at around $13)
6. Pipe
7. Note the 'gunk' on the thermostat, prohibiting range of motion
8. Replacing (3) T30 connectors
9. NAPA part box
10. T30 sockets - 1/4 and 3/8 drive - one from SEARS one from AUTOZONE
