Just purchased a 2011 Supersport. Still getting used to everything! My other current Jaguar is a 08 Jaguar with very different tech. On the 2011 model, is there a way to reset the touch/entertainment system to factory so I can set it up for myself? Are there any software updates I can perform? What is the latest navigation update it can allow? Thanks!

The owners manual for the 2011 has all that info. If one wasn't passed to you along with the car, you can find one on Ebay.
There are also digital versions of manuals available at the top of this forum's page in "the stickies" section. Browse through those resources too.
There are two places to set your preferences.
One is accessed from the infotainment touch screen where you can select settings from the home screen and explore from there.
The other is in the instrumentation display. You access that by pressing the OK button on the right side of the steering wheel. Once you press that button, selections will appear in the instrumentation cluster. Use the up/down/right/left arrows of that right side steering wheel controller to navigate & select the settings.
Get the manual for the car if you don't have one already. There are a lot more questions you'll have if you don't.
And they all have been asked & answered in the forum already, so feel free to search what ever questions you come across & you'll find a lot of helpful info that already exist.

At least for EU the last maps available for Gen 2.1 system (2009-2014 / or -15?) is 2020 from Here. ( i mean Nav company named Here) At least for me the last update made system faster and more responsible. (hint: turn "Animations" Off)
Update come with USB pen drive and its about 22GB size. With only USB1.1 port available it will take about 3 hours to complete, but you can use vehicle normally while updating. It will continue where left. Note: It can take +5min to regonize the upgrade and you shall NOT remove the USB from port once started, even the car is shut down!!!! Doing so will brick the system by 100% sure. It can be sorted out but need removing the HDD and some extra stuff with PC rig. If you are skillfull with computing, the update is possible to made in about 40min by removing the HDD from car. (instructions can be found from internet -> Volvo forums)
