Question 2014 Check Engine lights

Our low mileage (10k miles) 2014 Jaguar XJL developed some engine light codes recently:

P0162 - O2 Circut (Bank 2, Sensor 3)
- DTC severity 2 of 3: repair
P0061 - HO2S - Heater Resistance (Bank 2, Sensor 3)

P0164 - O2 Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2, Sensor 3)

The car drives fine despite those engine codes. I'm wondering if this might be due to low battery voltage since we haven't driven the car as much. We put in fresh batteries last year but need to drive the car more.

Anyone have any insights as to what these codes may mean?

It's an O2 sensor that has gone bad. That's the bad news.

The good news is that Jaguar recently extended the warranty on the O2 sensors to cover 2013-2017 XJs. Take it to you dealer and they should change it for FREE.
