Default 2016 Navigation Volume Output
Hi,

I have a 2016 XJL and I am unable to hear the voice guidance from the Navigation. If I am listening to the radio the volume will drop when it is supposed to be providing guidance, but there is no voice.

When you hear the volume drop on the radio, turn the audio (volume) up and you should hear the navigation prompts.

Has your system been upgraded to 19B by the dealer lately?

I received the latest update via OTA [version S20B1_20.30.2-578440] last week. If you are on 19B, there is an update available.
