Aftermarket TPMS headaches - 2011 XJL - has anyone else dealt with this?

I think all Jaguars are made in England, but if your steering wheel is on the left, and you bought the car in the US, it is a US market car.
To confirm the frequency you need, you can call up a Jaguar dealership parts department and give them your VIN. Ask them which frequency TPMS (or part number) you need for your VIN. Then buy the corresponding one off Rock Auto.
All the best.

Yes thanks for the info as I see the growing consensus on here is the VDO Oem from Rock auto. Sucks I wasted money on the cheaper rear aftermarkets that aren't matching up. I know the manager personally at Discount tire and he ordered 4 Oem Tpms not universal should be in tomorrow, he'l match Rock Autos price which is good. I'm sure THOSE should work ok even though not from Rock Auto ..

Hi, I had a long TPMS problem with aftermarket sensors (can see in another thread).
Finally problem solved:
I mailed several friends and partners with my problem and from a wheel-exporter I have received a box of sensors.
Now in my XJ all 4 are original JLR / FoMoCo and system runs correctly ( auto-recognition works... as it should )
As I have more sensors than I need I can sell the rest... If there is interest...
New sensors, never used in vehicle.
Removed from new JLR wheels because wheels were exported to Europe (the frequency is 433MHz in Europe).
Both TGB1B and TGB1C sets are for sale: US standard 315MHz. AH521A159CA, 6G921A159AB, 4H231A159CB and BH521A159CA
Mail me if you are interested in...
