Yes it's just like removing the the old AC panel.. just remove the screen bezel & unscrew the oem ac unit 4 screws & unplug the harness.. install the same way.. it's plenty threads that show how to remove the panel... very easy indeed no ripping out the dash at all
Display climate control(HVAC) panel
Go to this thread above & it show the unit installed

so take it what you meant was replacing the AC panel by itself is an easy swap, but buying the package including both AC panel and 10" dash touchscreen together from the same sellers would be much more difficult to install right
also didn't see the particular thread that details specifically replacing the AC panel?

Swapping the touchscreen panel & the OEM panel are the exact same... quite a few threads on how to remove & install the oem ac panel... the 10in screen above the ac panel is also pretty easy to install as well... nothin hard about those either.. pretty much fool proof

The wire you tapped into is showing a voltage while the car is off. Any other wires I can use?

But me & Gloriashield used different methods & kits for our lighting

The wires u tap into depends on what kit your using.. but with the kit I used I just tapped into the OEM lighting wherever I placed a module (so mines only come on with headlights) & in other spots I used the 12v power/ lighter in the center console.....

Would help having the schematics.
What circuit did you tap into? I can't be sure by the pic. Looks lLookthe lights in the unlock handle. I do not want to have to turn my lights on in order for it to work

Your right I tapped into the door handle light... I didn't have wiring schematics but I did have to play around a bit to find a feed for other places I put lights. All I can say is use a voltmeter & poke around & see what's constant. Or sacrifice the continuous lighting.
The lights are noticeable in daylight but maynot be worth the hassle.. it's tough enough doin the mod period & me personally i only wanted mine to come on with the headlights due to the fact i dont really no the lifetime or quality of the product & wanted to use it as less as possible so I wouldn't have to replace often... but hey give it a try

I ended up running new 12v wire to the doors, thru the rubber molex. Not big deal to me, since I used to work at an audio shop. I like it better tbh, they come on soon as I open the door (which was a surprise to me) Looks like it came stock.
