Apple Carplay and Android Auto only for the 2018-2019 XJ...?
So it is my understanding that only the 2019 XJ comes with Apple Carplay and Android Auto...?
And only certain 2018 models...?
I thought Jaguar said it was giving the update free to 2016+ cars...?

It is my understanding that all cars that came with the 10.2" screen got CarPlay, those with the 8" screen did not. There was an update planned for (some?) 8" screens (H251), and some may even have got the update, but the update was withdrawn - possibly because it was bricking 8" screens.
