Auto Start Stop Survey

Auto Start Stop Survey
I was contacted by a firm contracted by Jaguar to do a survey. Normally I decline all surveys, but I completed this one. It was specifically to do with the start stop feature. After asking my driving miles and city highway mix (I am 80% city), they asked if I was aware there was a auto start stop feature and if I knew if could be turned off.
I gave the feature overall a 3 out of 10 with some reasons being that it shuts of at inopportune times, is a bit shaky when fast getaways are needed and does not maintain indoor climate well enough on hot humid days.
Anyone else get contacted? I hope future versions of this are better as it seems like we are stuck with this feature.

I too was contacted and I told them that my wife's 2014 BMW 650i convertible has the same feature and that you can hardly feel the engine restart and there is no jerkiness associated with it. I feel my response fell on deaf ears, but it's the same ZF trans in the BMW, they just programmed the ECU better.
